I'm thinking of the Tint Professor in the next month or so Bobman. I'm going to go darkest legal.

I've used Tint Professor on two cars, both cost $265 for darkest legal.

Their lifetime warranty is non transferable to the new owner of your car though, so I got them to fix up the bubbling back window on our Elantra before we sold it last year, which they did whilst I waited (at Nunawading) with no hassle at all.

They put 'Silhouette' or something like that on the back window of my Liberty cos its got a built in aerial and does not interfere with reception so much apparently.

Overall, good experiences with them.

I've had 4 cars done at the Moorabbin store and was pretty happy with the results. There is some bubbling on mum's hatchback, but the tint on my AU2 was good. Quite dark actually.

Big AL
as i was commenting, pretty questionable ways of testing when you can get light meters that do the job right. in nsw every garage that does rego checks has one so you would think the cops would use them too.

Heres another pic of my last car with the same tint on it.
Not the best pic for showing the tint coz of the light, but you get the idea.

is that the " CS Black 35 scotchtint " from 3M ??
thats what i`ve got on my ute, 5 years mostly outdoors and it still looks like it did when i put it on.

Im unsure what the actual Scotchtint product number is, but yeah, bloody good stuff. You can notice so much of a difference with the sun on your skin compared to having the window up. It's made up differently to all the other tints, so it doesn't fade to purple or bubble.
Wouldn't go anything else now.

Here's Mine ... It's not dark enough in my opinion so i'm going to put 10% over the top of the current tint ...

Even though in S.A. im aware that you can't have lower than 70% on you're front windows, i get pulled up (mainly bretho's) and they don't say anything, and you can't see inside it at night, but you have no problems in seeing out of it!

got pulled over Thursday Night last week, and he didn't say anything about my tint or anything (told him it was my mums car lol)
