Go to http://www.capriclinic.com/ based in Perth and type in 'manual' into their search engine. You'll find Capri Manuals on CD for the 1600 and the 3000GT for $22 each.
The original hard copy Ford Manuals can still be found brand new in good Auto book shops in Melbourne but cost $100 or so for the 3000GT version.
