Hey Gents, I am looking to purchase a bonnet for my XD and am wondering which company can actually freight these bulky items.
Unfortunately my search always seems to lead me everywhere but in the state in which I live and even more so, the Sydney region. All the good stuff is always far away. Can anyone recommend a decent mob who can help me out if and when I find one please ? What you reckon an XD bonnet weighs ? 20KG ? Thanks guys |

Where has the bonnet got to be picked up and delivered to?
I m thinking it needs some protective packaging. And I m thinking pack and send but not sure whether they do bulky stuff. The other thing I m thinking is a furniture removal coy based your town who maybe doing a run to Sydney (was it Sydney) … the bonnet can be protected by furniture blankets. Ring one or two local removal coys but I recommend that you use one that are using their own truck rather than contracting out. |

I second what Kevino suggested. Other option is yak to some transport depots to see if you can get it squeezed on a truck. I got one sent from Cairns with no dramas, I just met him out on the highway as he came through. O/D's appreciate the cash.

I'm in Western Sydney, so it's always somewhere from Woop Woop to Sydney. That's where all the good parts seems to be these days. Sydney is really crap for parts. They're either too expensive or rubbish. Furniture removalist is a sterling idea. I'll have to look into a few from up there and check their itinerary. Thanks for the tip mate |
