Where to buy hub adapters?

Just wondering if anyone knows a good place to buy hub adapters, and roughly how much they would be?
In my endless search for wheels, I've decided that I like au/ba wheels much better than most of the e-series options. So that means I need adapters.
Not spacers, the good ones with the proper wheel mounting circle in the centre. Anyone have any info?

Why not AU/BA copies done to match the e-series offset?

I saw a set of AU 16" ute rims which don't have copies available for eseries on a EB Wagon.. Go figure..

I've seen 15" EF XR rims an an AU before, and they sat at the right offset, or very close too it (ie. they didn't stick out 2" from the guards) I don't know whether they'd had the meat off the back of the rim machined but yeah, looked pretty crap though ;) 15" is too small on an AU.

you can buy the hub adapters from the tyre factory in thomo from my understanding they are legal

15" rims don't have too much problems on AU's as they're not as wide as the 17's.

AU/BA copies can be quite costly... au rims, at least, are becoming relatively cheap.
The problem with offset, as I understand it, is not so much how far the wheel sticks out, but where the centre of the rim is. The centre of the rim should sit directly above the inner end of the studs, I believe. You can fit different offset wheels, but apparently, it makes it difficult to do a wheel allignment, you get problems with uneven tyre wear, excessive strain on suspension components, and in the case of au 17s, clearance issues.

No, different offset wheels as in AU/BA originals. I was offered a set of original BA XR6 rims yesterday for $650 w/ roadworthy tyres. If anyone can show me where I can get copies with an e-series offset for that much, then I'd buy them.

I have also seen EF/L 15x7's on an AU, they sat level with the gaurds, anything wider would stick out.
