Wink Ford Sayings

:Reverend:

Thought I'd share a saying my cousin came up with, a meat head drunk of a carpenter. He's a HUGE Ford fan, won't drive anything but and it has to be manual. lol Anyhow, I thought it was clever. His saying goes:

"If Ya Aint Goin Fords, Ya Going Backwards" :

Feel free to add your own. Heres another, old but good. God created shlt, Holden put wheels on it. :

I had a sticker on my ED wagon a few years back and it went something like
"God created S***, Holden made it move!"

only had it on for a couple weeks but was funny as when all the 'holden muzza sick uleh' drivers went mental about it LOL!

LOL! Another against the blue oval is - "At least they've circled the problem". (Talking about the emblem).

lol some goods ones there.

I personally would never have an anti-Ford (Or anti-Holden, if I had a Ford) sticker on my car, because there's uptight ******* that take them to seriously and try to wreck your car.

that one is actually for HOLDENS, not Fords.
Holden have the CIRCLE around the badge, Ford have the OVAL. :
doesnt quite sound right when its: At least they've OVALED the problem.

anyway i heard it as: they found the problem and circled it.

Sorry but I have too fully disagree, I've seen Ford photos, T-Shirts & Internet items with the oval and saying they've circled the problem. It works both ways. You don't need to "circle" a job in the paper perfectly with precision, circled means several things: circle, surround, ring, etc. When Police say they've "circled" the suspect, they don't get 25 officers and perfectly make a "circle". If the saying was: "At least they've put a circle around the problem" that would be completely different and in that case you'd be correct.

;)

I remember when HSV released a speed boat, there was a thing going around about it having a spare anchor, you just had to unbolt the drive shaft.

"God created Holdens to keep the dick -heads out of Fords". It worked for a while until they released the BA, lol. Before that there were about 4 Ford flags on the main straight at Eastern creek and the rest were Holden supporters.

A guy walks into a spare parts shop and says, “Hey, could I have a fuel cap for a Holden?” And the attendant says, “Yeh sure, sounds like a fair swap.”

What do you call a Holden on top of a steep hill?
A Miracle!

What is the difference between a golf ball and a Holden?
You can drive a golf ball 100 yards.

Apparently 80% of Holdens sold are still on the road, the rest made it home.
