Default Power windows

Ok, I've done a search and I can't find anything in the au section about doing this... I know Stav will probably be the most help, but anyone else feel free, or if you know of a thread about this please post it up...

Anyway to the story.

I have recently acquired some fairmont door trims, thanks very much to 98fairmont, which obviously, are for power windows. Now I have also just got off ebay, 4 au fairmont power window switches and 2 front window motors.

What I need to know is 2 things, firstly is there space in the fuse panel for a fuse to be put in on a forte, without power windows, or is there already a switch in there, and am I better off running new wiring for the windows or getting factory looms and putting them in??

Also, where the trim attaches to the door with bolts behind the handle, what type of nuts are in "high" series doors? All I have on my doors are hexagonal holes for the bolt to pass through...

I think that's about it, also, is there a mod that can be done at the same time as putting the switches in to make them light up, or do they light up from the factory?
