The reason he would have no brakes or power steering was pretty well explained in his first post and is the reason he got stuck on the side of the road. The car died while doing 100kph on the freeway so no engine running means no power steer and no power assistance for the brakes and also no headlights. Not a good thing as I imagine he would have been on the Monash and as he said he was in between traffic too.

[QUOTE=RedXR347]Why does no one listen. The people who are giving Dan crap actually know him in real life too. CALM DOWN! : QUOTE]I could say the same thing my post was not having a go at dan his thread started off in the right way then the whole thread went off the rails with childish insults my comments were more in regard to going off topic and carrying on silly than anything else

AU2PWR.I am glad no one got hurt mate. Cruising at speed and the alternator dying would not be fun at all. Good to hear its fixed and running again though. It is compnent which can give way on any car...

What I read here should be played out on IRC, I know some of you are mates.
There are also I few of you in this thread who report posts on this site for crappy quality threads, well here is another one.

no alcohol here and that's a slightly odd remark to make.
everybody in this thread has had a bit of a muck around on here at some point and to pretend otherwise would be kidding yourself. it was a joke and i think some people need to look up what that means.
