Question AU 6cyl STOCK Head Flow rates?

Hi,
just doing some research for a future project.
i was wondering if anyone know the flow rates for a stock 6cyl head???
also need valve sizes as well
i need an answer as soon as possible.
any help???
i figured this would be the place to ask!

stock ,they flow around 350hp @ 500 thou .the one i had ported flowed 368hp @ 500 thou.
the valves they come with are pretty much as big as you can go.

yeah the valves are as big as you can go really, the exhaust side i think u can squeezw an extra half mm if that.

i ment the size of the actual valves, as in the diameter, 2" etc, just trying to run some desktop dyno's to see if i can find a reasonable package that works well. (no i dont use it to be acurate just to give me some ideas how certain packages work )

has anyone got the flow rates for .100" .200" .300" .400" .500" .600" .700" etc i need both intake and exhaust in CFM.
