I assume if the poll was done now with the BF, the BA support would crumble and the BF would be most popular. Well, maybe not straight away, but in a years time it would be (with more and more BF owners). And then once the Orion model is here, support for the BF model would crumble under a new wave of support for Orion...

And so on and so forth into eternity...

The real interesting thing will be where the support lies for the Eseries, Aseries and Bseries in about 10-15 years time. I'd put money on it being a fairly even split between them (due to the different characteristics of the cars appealing to different owners). Perhaps the A and B series would be ahead of the E series slightly due to age etc.. But now I'm starting to go on and on... :

Welcome to the forums. What you need to do is go to the E-Series forums and "Start a New Thread" as I have noticed you have posted in many threads not related to what you ask.

I voted XA mainly because of the XA GT. But I like a few:
XP coupe
XW GT
AU XR8
BA F6 and GT

I reckon a done up EL Ghia can look good too.

The falc's have a good range to choose from...

The XR was one of the most significant design models for Ford. But the XT was better built and had the wider track front end which lasted right through to XF. XW and XY were no real improvement over XT except for power output. Their weight started to build up. XB and XC were excellent models especially compared to the Holdens of that era. The XE, with EFI six and watts link rear end, was the best handling standard vehicle package Ford ever produced until AU. The E series were never anything special except for the Tickfords (XRs). They were just too unbalanced and took a lot of work to get them to ride and handle properly. The AU is still the best package ever from Ford - BAs still have too many design and production problems to iron out before they can be serious contenders for Ford's best ever car.

PS Models that I and my immediate family have owned include XL, XM, XR, XB, XC, XE, XF, EF, AU, BA.

Im cant vote on this one. I like to many.
I love the xw xy gt's.
I would even like an xw or xy panel van one day.

I have owned an XF S pack, EF 2 xr6 , AU 2 xr8 and now the BA XR8. I loved them all. They were all great cars with the usual mods. Suspension, exhaust and various go quick bits.

Cheers......Kev
