Sway bars definitely make a noticeable improvement with keeping the handling flat when you exit a corner under power. Certainly advantageous in the twisties so there is less chance of fish tailing or understeer etc.
But be careful when going too big as this could induce oversteer which is also not good. If you can, invest on getting both front and rear sway bars. Combined with quality springs and better shocks, it makes for a pleasurable handling experience.

Do it makes a massive difference.
The Ghia is so stable in the front. As for the rear of it does it already have one. I looked into it on mine as I wanted that little bit more of an edge but there was 1 mm dif between what was on there and an after market 1 so I just couldn't see the advantage to it. Have a look at my workshop build and you will see the parts I used. The package I put together was worth its weight in gold. Handling was fantastic!!! Just ask anyone tryin to keep up with me through corners.....lol |

FFS can we go easy on the group buys!
Whiteline do a number of different options and they're very reasonably priced (they're on the right side of $200). For AU utes you need to have the swaybar welded in at the rear as they dont come with one at the back from factory.
