Default What to do?

Hey guys, Im just wanting everyones opinion on what I should do in my current situation. I have an EA Falcon atm, but being a student, im not sure that I will be able to keep the car running (petrol) for very long when I get my license.

Im thinking about selling the Falcon and buying a smaller car like an Escort(if I can find one) or Corolla etc.

It does seem to be going through alot of petrol lately, not sure weather that is because of the price of petrol or something is wrong with it. It is also currently unregistered.

Another thought is get it fixed (if problem exists) and see how things go, or sell as is, or fix and sell.

Also, the car does have sentimental value, so im not really keen on selling.

Hey, mate I'm also a student and I know whats its like. I'm working only a few hours a week and drive an EF Fairmont. At first I was considering selling because of petrol, but making a few changes and I'm getting along ok now - don't drive unless you really need to drive, if you find cheap petrol (even if you're not needing petrol) buy it, ask your mates for a few dollars for petrol if you'z go out, just stuff like that and you might find its a lot easier on your funds.

If it's in reasonable condition, sell it and use the funds to purchase an EA with lpg, much easier on the pocket and you get to keep a full size car.
