Default cortina v8 info

ive just put a 302 cleveland into a te cortina and was wondering if standard clevo exhaust manifold will fit? are there different ones? i vave some out of a xd falcon but the outlet is facing into the firewall , can you get manifolds that face the outlet down?

Yes some of the early ZD ones and i think some F trucks use a Y type on the left with the outlet much lower. The right F truck ones curve over at the back but are quite long . The ZD ones are from memory face back but are shorter than the normal clevo ones .

This will show you . The right ZD is much shorter than these . Usually also these will take a 2-1/4" pipe
