Default Imesh Premium

Who has Imesh and has activated the premium account. How many other search engines does it give you? I've done the email to 3 friends to download Imesh and have yet to receive my code to activate the premium account?

Just do a search in a P2P program, even iMesh, and search for "iMesh Premium" there you will find the answers! ;)

Imesh is full of spyware... that's why I don't use it anymore. Just a friendly warning.

Try Limewire.

I was about to say that Bindi. Ive got Limewire aswell but find it rather limiting in search results in comparison to Kazaa. At least the files arent normally corrupted with Limewire.

Afaik, Kazaa is about to be no longer - it is going the way of Napster. Limewire is a pain as far as choice, and now it's starting to get more corrupted files too.

Anyone else got other suggestions?

ODC is good, but you need heaps of files to share.

Imesh activation fails to connect to the server. It's about to unistalled.

www.torrentspy.com is a good start.

Some forums also post torrent links.

Yep. Legal action has caught up with them. They even bandied up a group of Australian artists to vote against Kazaa.

i use soulseek - no spyware and you can find some very hard to find files. depends wot you're looking for but it usually has the newest music available with most genres. i love it and having used napster and kazaa, soulseek poos all over them

I'm another bittorrent fan, it's the best for whole albums and programs by far. DC++ is another choice but it is harder to use. www.mininova.org is another good torrent site. Another tip when using your bittorrent client is ensure you are forwarding the correct ports on your router otherwise you will get poor download speeds. This can usually be done by adjusting the NAT settings on your router. For more help look at www.portforward.com

if you want to use P2p, "warez" is recommended, you get no currupted files and speeds are OK. if you want to use torrents, using Azureus as a client and torrentreactor.net as a database.

Corrupted files and hard to find stuff..
BT can be frustrating getting decent speed though but its usually fairly easy to find stuff..
