a bloke wants to swap springs with mine, he has got an eb which is lowered and wants to go higher so he asked me if id like to swap, but im unsur if they will fit

Yeah mate, XE-EL & AU (non IRS IIRC) are all the same.

EA-EL fronts are the same, XE-AU like rear axle are the same.
