Definitely not a Rolls and I would say a European 1934 Ford Phaeton (LHD so French Production likely) circa WWII fitted brooms to try to protect hard and rationed tyres from punctures.

what is a ford phaeton cause i know theres a diffrence between the aussie and yank ones apparently the yanks love ours.

Unbelievable!
That Ford looks nothing like the model Rolls Royce they claim it is. They show pictures of two different looking cars and say they're both the same. |
