would an ED XR6/8 grille fit easily on an EB XR6?

yes it will, but you also need the lights wich are Expensive...(400 each from ford)

Isnt there a difference in the bonnets from EB to ED?

there is, but its only where a normal grille mounts to...
with the XR6 grille, it doesnt actually mount to the bonnet.. |

hmm, if the XR6 grille doesnt mount to the bonnet where is the "pop bonnet thing" go? and would u hav to replace anything?

you need to slightly modify the bonnet lever to get it to a position that enables you to use it....
the ED XR6 grille is a 1 piece item that covers both lights and the grille,,, |
