From the 5 minutes I wasted my time watching it.....the cop car in the wrecking yard was an Aurion.

Falcon stands no chance.

Didn't watch the show, but why should it have been a Falcon? Thought it the decision of the producers/director/writers? It's just a car on a TV show.

Like in The Walking Dead, a Zombie Apocalypse with abandoned cars everywhere the main characters choose to drive a Hyundai SUV??

It makes sense when you realise Hyundai is a sponsor.

But why with every show/event/etc, does a thread need to appear to question why it wasn't a Falcon?

When you take in to account fuel usage, storage space, and interior comfort in a post apocalyptic world, it almost makes sense to choose a Hyundai suv, without knowing too much about the reliability of that model.
I personally would be jumping in the biggest f truck I can find and proceed to have a ball!

Chrysler was the perfect car for the job.

Had to fit 2 average sized women and a camera man in the boot.

I think the Falcon would have struggled.

Yes, fuel efficiency is important! Until you hit a teeny patch of mud and the front wheels start spinning - as happened in the Hyundai.

You can only go so far on relying on badge-blind "Daddy had one and his daddy had one so I have to buy one" buyers who don't exist anymore in todays world...

Same with my Charger...climbed in the boot to check for hidden rust and first thing I thought was "Wow...no wonder we used to be able to sneak three mates into the drive in theater in here..."

Had a mate who used to take his Charger to the drag strip and wondered why one time his times were a little slower, he later realised he'd left 4 tyres on steel rims, and a full toolbox in the boot.

A Zombie Apocalypse is just a convenient excuse to abandon a Hyundai

On another note, the series return tomorrow! Woohoo!

She did the AAMI ad where the dude dressed up as a fireman jumps out of the tree and lands on the bonnet of her car.

Bingo... and I believe she was driving a vw in that as well.

Sure she has also done a vw add. The ones where they talk about the cars features to people who don't give a toss.
