Had to duck back into uni yesterday to hand in a final assignment. went in about 4pm with a mate got back to the car about 4:45pm to see that somebody had backed into my car!! The damage is:
- Busted up front left headlight - Taking a chip outta the clear indicator lense - Dinted the bonnet - Large graze on plastic part of bumber - Front bumper dropped and pushed out to the left Its nothing major but just enough to annoy me and cost me $$$. I went to Centre Road Wreckers on the way home and picked up a new headlight to and chucked that in (thats why its fixed in the picture). It was a bit wet last night so i got some clear sticky tape and covered the hole in the indicator (very temporary fix). I'll get the rest fixed when i have finished exams. If anybody has a left clear indicator i'd gladly send you money for it. Thanks guys, Steve

Did they leave a note or anything? Thats one of my pet hates, people not leaving a note if they scrape/back into your car. Its just plain rude.

Bad luck, mate. It looks like a tidy car too. I don't trust a lot of the drivers at Monash Uni. Half the cars in the carpark seem to have dints and scratches of some type. When do you finish exams? I finish on the 13th and therefore have a few plans of tidying up the EA. Can't wait. Damn exams.

same thing happend to me in albert park.. no note nothing. smashed blinker and headlight but i was lucky they didnt damage the bonnet or the bar. the only way i knew cos i got pulled over for it when i was going to work... but it seems to be utes that are the culprits though... i just changed both cos the other side was stuffed anyway too faded so new lights and blinkers were put on mine

yeah i had no note or anything left on the car. all i was left with was a pile of glass from the light sitting on the ground.
EA_SILVER_GHIA: i finish my exams on the 15th. i'll either see how it looks when i fix the bonnet otherwise get a new bonnet and use this one for playing around/modification. LUKEY: i'm at monash uni clayton campus mate. Monash security doesn't get involved in this stuff apparantley so i'm stuck with finding them myself. dont like my chances considering that its the end of semester!
