I have seen the "email cash" adds quite a few times. It seems like a good way to get a little extra cash. The only thing is im not sure if it is all it has been worked up to be.
I dont know much about it so i had a look on their webpage and from what they have been saying seems to be like a good deal for average Joes, but i am a bit sceptical and i am not fully convinced this is an authentic way to "earn" cash. I'm just wondering to all the AFF members out there. Are you a member and is it worth it? If you have had any experiences with E-mail Cash, please share as i am very curious. Cheers, Matt. (Btw i did a search and couldnt find any other threads about this. If its a repost please delete).

Ok.
You can get a minimum 5 points per day by doing a "web click" click to earn 2 points) and a "quick survey" which is worth 3. Reward Mail gives 5 points, which is effectively advertising with the odd competition. But all you need to do is click on the "Click here for 5 points" and you can close the window, so it isn't bad. I receive no SPAM emails from other companies affiliated with emailcash, not have my details been sold. Surveys are few and far between, but can be worth a lot. The guessing game can also reap huge rewards if you are successful, where you have several guesses (depending on experience -the more experienced, the more guesses) that a number. I have experience of 149, so I have 5 guesses (which is the same as a newbie. At 200 xp I will get an extra guess per day). Otherwise, you can earn points by purchasing off "reward partners" of Emailcash, and you get points per amount of money spent (sometimes it's 1 point per dollar, somestimes 1 point per 2 dollar -depends on the dealer). The reward partners are reputable places -not backyard shops. There are around 340 reward partners in total in most categories (including automotive!) You can convert points to cash on the Stock Exchange. There is an ebank where points can be put away for 1-6 months. How much you put in and for how long, as well as which bank determines the interest. Interest constantly changes. You CANNOT put money converted from points into the bank. Only points can be put in the bank. Gold Membership gives access to more areas of emailcash, as well as access to Goldbank, which offers superior interest rates to the other banks. Ultimately, emailcash is great if you purchase online often. However, if you never purchase online and are only looking to "Make money from emails and surveys", then it's a dead end really. I've been a member for about 4 years I estimate and I've got about 5600 points, which might equate to about 55 dollars on the open exchange. So once again, depends what you want out of it. Experience is also important. There are also forums and such, but you need 50 experience to get there. You get 1 experience per week for signing in (the only constant), 5 from earning points from reward mail (once only!), 15 from completing survey (once), 20 from completing the 20 question quiz (bloody easy -it practically gives the answers). The other things require purchases. You get 120 experience just for becoming a gold member (costs 50 bucks for Lifetime I think). I have 149 experience, of which 109 is from signing in (you can sign in everyday, but you only get the 1 pt of xp once a week). Once again, depends what you want out of it. And I wish to state that I am in no way affiliated with emailcash. |

Ive been a member for a few years...they make out like you earn a s***load of money, but its really bugger all...it takes ages to make money...unless you use a lot of the "Reward Partners" to buy stuff online with.
I do it as it only takes a couple of minutes a day to click a few links to earn a few points...I have made enough to get a $30 checque before, but that took months (but I dont use the reward parteners, if only eBay was one! ;))

I use Pure Profile, which I think is better Pure Profile its run by Australia Post and I have probably made about 200 bucks this year, I usual swap dollars for fuel vouchers. But you can actually have the money put into a bank account and or use for Music Vouchers or use their service to send SMS's that appear to have come from your phone. Its about 20 minutes to set up and you are away.
Cheers Craig

When you purchase, you aren't buying from emailcash. You are buying from online stores which you must access VIA emailcash (I think). D-Store is one of the places. Others are smaller, but if they don't send your items and take your cash, you can report to both emailcash and consumer affairs. But this hasn't happened before so you've nothing to worry about. There are people with tens of thousands of points as they buy a lot. Me? I just do 6 month deposits (6 months is the longest you can do). |

It aint worth it unless you shop online continiously. I've been a member for a bloody long time. Still don't have enough points to do anything with. I gave on it up 3 years ago. The was another in which I used to get $50 cheques every 2 weeks many years ago.

2 people said it's a scam.
It isn't a scam... it costs you nothing! At worst it's nothing lost, nothing gained. Emailcash is FREE so even if you get nothing, who cares? Emailcash give the rewards they say, IF you shop online. Otherwise rewards are minimal. But it is not a scam. |

My Girl Friend does it and yes she gets cash - bank deposit
I think how it works is that you fill in alot of survey's, those survey's give you points, you collect points to a certain figure and then convert points into cash

They are not common. As I said, emailcash is really only a money-making scene in the long run if you spend online. |

The trick to most of these is to tick as many things in the initial survey as possible, that way you get more surveyrs sent out as they think you are interested in all these different things. Even if it's things you only have little interest or knowledge just tick them and you could increase your survey eligibility thereby increasing your points.

i got a letter today with a 5cent piece stuck to it << wtf
they asked me to send $10 to everyone on the list and make 200 copies of that list and send them out with 5cents stuck to it...bla bla bla why not just put my name at the top and ask for a $1 donation, its easier to make a $million from a million people ($1 each) then $million from 1 person. when they say to donate to god or charity first, nothing EVER comes back
