It is a 12-13mm spacer, that sits between your upper and lower manifold. It reduces heatsoak and slightly increases runner length increasing torque slightly.

A G & D airbox would be way way better. But if you still have your stock xr induction system, then a highflow filter can give minimal increases. Biggest advantage is that is it re-usable.
Ouch - you mean farenheit, not C, and 3/8 is closer to 10mm, but otherwise, yes, these things are supposed to help, but only minor details really.

Has anyone ever measured AU pulleys to find out what the ratio is? I am a little suspect on these "under-driven from the factory" claims...

You are already making great power for a 5L with those heads and std cam. I doubt that you will be able to make an additional 30hp at the wheels without changing either the cam or the heads (power adders excluded of course), but good luck to you.

What do you mean when you say you have a flash tuner without any tunes. Do you mean it has a generic tune in it, or it has nothing and you are still running the factory tune?

I was running a semi custom tune from another 220xr, just with the timing etc all backed off a bit for safety.
But my box ****ed up about 3months ago, and spiro had to send it to capa to get fixed. When I got it back, no more tunes. So I just have to get it custom tuned by spiro now

I'll try to take some pics on Sunday of the two together but the G&D one is a hell of a lot bigger and sucks all of it's air from behind and beside the headlight, not over the radiator.
