Hahaha!!! I dont think that will be for a while somehow, the house is plenty at this stage! But if and when it happens, Philbie, I will have a reserved spot for you undercover! ROFL!

Would rather spend the cash on a car instead....

Thanks Shane. However, if you are invited to our housewarming, you must bring a wooden spoon (tm) as a housewarming present! HAHAHAHAHA!

OK, Ben, you give the cuffs to Eamon (fluffy pink ones) and then he can give them to Shane as a replacement for the ones he broke, I will cook something with the wooden spoon that Shane brings - everyone is happy!!!!

Oh that is fantastic news Jac!!

It really is great to hear that both you and Eamon are so happy and now a house also. :

Excuse me while I stop The Maddestman from drooling over the keyboard about all the internet access points. :

Well I guess I had better make sure the EB is back on the road and running nicely before September, it seems there might be an AFF Victoria branch convoy. :hihi:

I am really so happy for you both, CONGRATULATIONS!!! :

P.S. It wont just be a house now, it will be a home. The thought of never having to move, deal with landlords ever again etc must be fantastic. :1syellow1

Congratulations! It must be a great feeling knowing that the house is YOURS, not anybody elses.

You got it in one, mate! With your landlord troubles, you know what I mean I think, when I say that I have had enough of renting!

well done i have 60 days untill i get the keys to my new house then it's peace and quiet and no-body to tell me what to do bar the missus. We were going to rent then given the cost of rent per week we decided it was in our best interests to buy a house within our price range, live in it for a few years then sell it to buy something bigger and better.

Sounds like a good plan mate! Wish I had been able to do that earlier! Well done!

Too right, I know exactly what you mean! We will own our own place one day, and that day can't come soon enough.

Oh, and re: couples here on AFF, we'll see what happens once things here improve for us, perhaps once things have finally settled and we get a chance to put aside a bit of money... I think most people have seen the pics of the ring on LuvinmyEBs finger... :Reverend:
