These were forgotten in my earlier posts, but the sill covers and custom scuff plate logo's were fitted in January this year. Just adds a little class when the door is opened.

You see? You really can't trust the older generation. Do you have anything in plan for your T while she's in the shop? |

Had some time up my sleeve today, so I thought I'd get a power run done and see what's going on under there. Still with valve springs to be done yet, here are the results. Power run in "Shootout" mode.
Locking down for some fun. And the results, and as you see, she leans out a little in the afr's. Will be great to see those numbers climb after the valve spring and a retune. |

Very nice car you have there mate. I passed you on Tarneit Road (Werribee) today at about 3pm and gave you a thumbs up. I was in a Silver XR6T.
I have followed the build of your car but had never seen it in the flesh until today..... and I must say, I was impressed. Keep up the good work. |

Another subtle mod complete. Matt (auMatt) from ORSM Ford Cruisers weaved his magic on my window switches, and even the TC switch/Fog light switches. The pics show the Foglight switch without an XR led, only because when the Typhoon set was fitted they were wired aginst the normal LED polarity. So poor Matt has to alter that one. But his work is far superior to my photography..... To show how close to factory the leds are, I snapped the cluster and guages first.
Traction Control switch Driver's door 4 way switch. Even with the window lock switch illuminated. Thanks for your efforts Matt. And if you want this result, I highly recommend sending Matt a PM. |

Just another mod we share the same. I got mine in the mail 2 days ago. Will have to wait a while before I can try them out.
Maybe with my car in the panel beaters I should get the respray the whole car the same colour as yours. Then we'd have twins.

Thank Kev for the kind words mate.
I was thinking after i left. The wiring behind the fog switch for the gauges, they had plugs after the switch plug, might be able to reverse the polarity there instead of modding the led. If you can pull the switches out and take of pic of the wiring and send it to me? Thanks Matt

Well, while getting my left hand lower ball joint replaced today, I found the rim I have always imagined. Chrome lip, and grey center have been what I have always wanted. I found a rim that I could not leave on the rack, and had to go for it. ANZ Velvet 18x8.5 are now on the T. And I kept the Maxxis MA-Z1's, and had them transferred over. Kept the cost down, and there's good meat left on them after 14 months and 35,000 k's. I am already loving the new look.
Waiting for the transplant. These were my choice, and they wait to grace my T. And the result.... Quote:

Your car just gets better and better evertime I see it Kev, great work. I look forward to seeing this year at the Gold Coast All Ford Day. If you are coming up as a sole entrant, you will be welcome to join in with The FPV&XR club of Qld display. We host the event, just let me know mate. Of course if you are coming with the ORSM club you will display with them, but the offer is there mate.
Cheers Jeff
