Bogans drive all sorts of cars, it's the morons that are most worrying. A bogan will put chrome wheels and a cannon on his VN / EA with altezza lights and proclaim it a masterpiece. Bad taste is not illegal in Oz. But a moron will drive his/her car at a stupid rate through suburban streets and won't think twice about his/her actions until it's too late. If your brother want's to be a hippie/bogan then so be it he is not hurting anyone, but please don't let him be a moron........
