I guessed that it was from the workshop manual.
The cam is a straight swap, the rocker gear is almost identical. The lifters are different, which is why I changed the rocker gear, cause my old lifters were stuffed. But there has been no problems with the car at all in the week or so since, it's running really well, and it's quiet now. |

Hello guys im new. So if you fit the EF/EL cam do you need to fit the other EF bits like the lifters etc and the EF rocker cover? Can you just shove the EF cam in and close the old bits over the top? (I have a NZ built EB2 which runs well enough except for drinking fuel like its coca cola)

Yes, you can put an EF cam straight in without changing rocker gear.
