I'm no car salesman either (last year of studying IT finally!) but would treat a potential customer with some priority. A simple phone call and a test drive in an XR and I'm sure he'd be in one of those. I guess my point is that your average customer when buying a car will want to be treated with a bit of respect (especially if they are playing with a decent sum of money) and the initial impressions do play an important role. I know there are plenty of people who move away from certain manufacturers because of poor service - whether it be initially or for warranty/servicing etc. slick, I think it's the 5.7l. I'll just have to wait and see : Actually, it should be the 6l being the Thunder and all???
