XR8master, if you were rolled by traffic then I suspect you were probably too noisy and I wonder if your little "event" was on BHD opposite maccas. What did you say while you were being being booked? Attitude has a lot to do with the outcome.
Our traffic branch are quite fair and understanding but also have long memories. Sometimes they see things but cannot act at the time due to various reasons. They just wait and next time you play up a little they stomp.
The GD guys and girls are a bit more unpredictable but are usually to busy to play in the traffic.
If you are genuinely sure you got a bum steer go and make an appointment with the OC and state your case. Be careful though. All conversations were recorded and quite often the event was videoed, particiularly if it was one of the bikes.
Hervey Bay is a small town. Don't be a target and you wont get shot at.
Stick your neck out and you WILL come second, smart ***** are what makes a sometimes boring patrol all worth while......

It was not wayne, I know him and found that he is quite fair. (I have been booked by him before, duly)

I made a point of being polite to the police officer so I didnt provoke him, which backfired at me. I agreed with everything he said and he told me that since I agreed with him then he was able to issue the fine.

PS: and no, It was not near maccas

Ok, first rule, never admit anything. Go to the OC and ask to talk about it. You may be ok, but then you may not. Good luck with it.

You say you earn $50k/yr and you are a car enthusiest so why are you driving a vehicle type that is usually reserved for mutants? That is the first hoon alarm for coppers.
I have a F6 and prior to that a GT-P and have not had any problems, my nephew who is about your age had that horrible orange VLturbo getting around town and then an old SS commodore with a cat back and constantly drew the crabs. He now has a BA XR6T and life is better because he looks less like a hoon. If he were to mod it visually then he will draw the crabs again.

It is not what you are it is what you appear to be........

Oop, bit slow today. Just worked out who you are. You KNOW why you have drawn attention to yourself. Just wear it and go low profile.
