I have been spotting a green Ford Ka on my way to work lately.

I know these are not loved by most, but I think they looked great at the time. Just wish they came with an engine worthy of the chassis dynamics.

In the last two days, two silver AU Fortes, eastern suburbs of Melbourne, both looked in good condition and with exterior weather shields.
Different cars one had an LPG badge on the number plate.

There was a bloke I used to see sometimes around town on a slightly tweaked older Harley with the suicide clutch, you ever spot him?

I know a bloke with a restored kawasaki z400. Not sure if its a 74 or 76. He bought it partially restored and did the rest. This was after he wanted a project. My brother gave him his 1980 yamaha rd250lc in bits. The rd was a bit to much of a project. Had some good bits on it like rd350 dual front brakes and the motor was taken out to 358cc dynod at 63hp. But a lot of work needed to make it a bike again. So this bloke sold it in bits for quite a bit, and out of being a good bloke, considering it was gifted, gave my brother half what he got for the thing. The z400 when it was bought wasnt too far off. Painted bits were freshly painted, motor need some attention to the carb(s), some of the chrome needed a bit of attention and a few bits needed sourcing. So its a nice resto. Never going to win a race, but its a sunday rider.
This bloke used to ride with my brother and their other mates, but sold his zx10r because he felt he was getting too old for it, but the riding bug bit him again, hence wanting a project.

While we are on Motorbikes, days before Victoria first lockdown, we met a guy from Newcastle touring around NE Vic on an 80's ex $ydney police BMW, even still had the full fairing.
He was between a rock and a hard place being caught out in Glenrowan heading to Phillip Is, I assumed (and hoped) he turned around to head north.
It was a beaut example.

Ford Ka yesterday, parked at Bacchus Marsh railway station; also a Centura (I think) at the old wreckers yard just west of that railway station (probably within one km of the station) and the shell of a 1950s Riley (I think) also there as the train went past. (I have mentioned the yard before; it's right next to the train line, on the south side of the line; it has been cleaned out a bit but there are still quite a few cars there. It took me two attempts to find the way to the yard a few years ago in my car but early one Saturday or Sunday morning I was able to walk down the railway line side and also into the farmer's paddock on the other side to take some photos.)

Been awhile since I've seen a CF Beddy and what a beauty. Poor bugger must get a lot of enquiries as he has a NOT FOR SALE sign on it.

Saw a Ka yesterday....thats 3 sightings on this page.
You know that thing where someone you know buys a particular model car and from that point you seem to see them everywhere everyday, yet previously unaware of their existence around you.
Terrible car those Ka's. Worked with a guy that bought one new...cheap daily that cost bugger all to get him from one side of town to the other...perfect choice for him.
I remember finding an early photoshopped image of 2 Ka's edited in place of somebodys rollerskates and emailing it to him.

One of the owners of Nuts Galore has a few Sigmas. They’re probably somewhere in a social media page linked to the company site.
