Default Rocket Industries still in the 1970's

Am I alone in thinking in this day and age, it is extremely odd, that Rocket Industries, one of australias biggest importers and distributors for performance parts, doesnt have a real website with accurate prices and the ability to purchase online?

Where I work I just cant sit on the phone to NSW waiting to make an order, and by the time I get home, they are well shut. Surely in this day and age its ludicrous not to try and sell as much as you can to as many customers as you can.

VPW & summit keep winning my business off Rocket purely based on this issue. I mean seriously, should we have to print off a form, and FAX it to them, simply to receive a printed catalogue(Which I only assume has prices in it)? AND pay 20 bucks for the damn thing to be printed and delivered to me by mail??

Wake up! Time to evaluate your business model and step at the very least into the late 1990's.
