maybe he was loading up all the crap to take it to the tip....but didn't get there yet?

All it needs now is a vx or vy bodykit.

that would be something that if they are connected and working, i wouldn't tailgate or attempt to race.

either that or the owner works for Qantas and decided to "borrow" a couple of turbines :
