It's running rich because the guy at hi torque said it was after it was on the dyno...and i can tell that it is using more as im not driving any differently then what i normally do and i just keep watching the fuel gage go down quicker then normal.

Thats wierd, I got 600-700k's to a tank before, and 600-700 to a tank after, and she cops a flogging more now than she ever did.

Maybe you guys need more K's on the AU engine, its probably not worn in yet, lol.

well well, i just checked my spark plugs today and they were completely covered in brown/rusty stuff. Not a good sign at all, my plugs were loose in the head aswell, very strange, im hoping it was only moisture and not water, i looked inside the motor and the tops of the pistons were brown no water visible thou.

I got my Flash tuner today and went for a bit of a drive. My first impressions are very good, the difference is definently noticable.
Give me a couple of weeks to get some fuel results up.

Got mine on tuesday also and uploaded the economy tune and performance tunes for a day each... My impressions are also very good!

Economy tune I didn't notice a difference to the way the car drove but as soon as I started driving the DTE was going up quite quick even with me giving the ute a bit of poke...

Performance tune I definately noticed a bit of a difference, alot smoother power delivery and where I used to have a bit of a flat spot that is also gone, can pull easier in a higher gear now and just feels smoother to drive in general. My DTE also continued to go up with this tune in which is a bonus!

So all in all I'm very happy with the results so far. Imagine how excited ill be when I get a custom tune done!!!!!!

Cheers
Michael

PS: Sorry for hi-jacking thread just thought better than starting a new one.

If it is a unichip (and it most probably is), remove the passenger side kick panel and you will see it plain as day.
