i just remembered i got my old brakes in my shed with discs lol discs will need machining but. i put BA XR brakes on my car, and i dont think the braking improved at all ![]() seriously, those calipers are cheap. i'd get them. anything is better than series 1. plus those calipers will still fit under 16" rims. any bigger and you'll prolly need 17's.

I have an AU2 and have some RDA slotted rotors and pads ready to fit.
Will I notice improved braking performance?

au2 or 3 stub axles
in saying that, i just put slotted rotors on the rear of mine, as in just, only taken it for a quick drive to bed them in a bit, but i reckon it feels as good as the bf xr6 ute i drove today, if not better...i now have slotted's all round, but i will have a better idea after a couple of hundred km when they bed in properly...oh, and the handbrake seems to work better too |
