Glad to see you and the missus are ok.
I couldn't care less if these clowns were on the dole. If they damage property, sell their car to the wreckers to pay for the damage.
We had a similar problem a month or two back with a young tool in a new gold Nissan four wheel drive in Newcastle. He decided to try beat me through a round- about as I turned right and he was turning left (failing to give way) on to the same road we were going. He only got as far as my rear 1/4 panel before trying to overtake on the shoulder of the road for a further 100 metres!! He proceeded then to sit right up my a$$ for the next km, lights on, till the next round about where we went to go left. He tried to overtake at the round about before realising we were going left (like the indicators didn't give that away!!!). He then threw a 3 point turn in the centre of the roundabout to chase us. We were overtaking a truck on dual lanes when he caught us, then dove between the truck and myself forcing the b-double to lock up before trying to force me into the oncoming traffic. Sick of this clown by now, I pulled over and he did the same , then he tried to run me over as I got out. The brave weed refused to get out of the car , (wasn't counting on my size obviously) so I lept through the passenger side window to give it to him. He was of the opinion because he couldn't stop at the roundabout, I should've given way to him!!! It didn't matter I was half way around before he got there, or that he had to give way to the right, or give way to traffic on the round about, or I had two kids in the car as well, he had the bigger car that was going to fast, so I WAS WRONG!!! The missus was too dumbstruck to take this ****ers rego as I told her too, but I reported it to the Police who could do little. What pi$$es me the most is this stain will continue to believe his own reasoning till he kills someone. He looked like a real estate or used car salesman, since they're the only ones who seem to where shirt and tie on Sundays.

There are ripples down my door and the body mold is pushed in a heap . AS my car is Rapid Yellow it dont look to bad from straight on but when you look down the side you can see 5 feet marks and maybe 1 knee / foot mark on the body line

And that will be their excuse for their actions, blame drugs and they will probably be let off with a slap on the wrist. The court system is a joke when drugs can be used as an excuse to be given a light penalty.

Who give a sh1t if they are on the dole?
You damage, you pay!!!
I like the idea of taking their cars to pay for the damage.
I don't know how you'd go getting a realy nice rust free door for a d now.
if you find one just tell them you'll swap them the guys vn for it, whats a vn exec worth now????? About 2 grand for a mint example.......Sh1tboxes.

I like to keep half the club lock in the boot and the other half under my seat. its just that little piece of mind knowing that if you are forced to get out of your car, they know its gonna hurt tomorrow when they wake up in hospital. mind you i would never pull it on anyone unless i thought i would be waking up in hospital if waking up at all.

and by the way, how ballsy r u trick_xd??? gettin out of the car to take on 3 blokes??? and it sounds like u gave them a fair piece of your mind as well. good on u i say, shows how a true aussie will always protect his lady.

hope you and the lady friend are feeling better soon mate. take it easy and watch them suffer.

Default Road Rage Update

Well its been near 2 weeks and the cops just come to take pics of the door and inside of the car yesterday
I held up a steel ruler so they could see the dents a lot easyer
I went to the eye dr today and he says i have damage done to my left eye there is a name for the part but its huge words that i cant even spell .
Im told that it is permanent and now i will need glassers to see better its a bit fuzzy out of my left eye a.t.m.

NOW the part that ****ers me off is that i kind off need my eyes good as i play comp and semi pro 8Ball enough for me to travel and play in comps

today i got sized up for glassers i put them on to have a game of pool and i cant see very well as the rim gets in the way
I just hope i get used to them quick and the headack goes away

1 of the guys ( red top ) is from my town the others i dont know about yet the missers seen him driving a VL a few days ago and got the rego so now we know where he is anyway and i found out that he is on the dole and that his mum bought him the car a few mths ago to make him feel better ... What a pussy ..

ANYWAY
i did not want to start a new tread so i thought i would just post back in here

and i got the quote for my car $1,600 looks like it might stay with a few dents in it for a little while

Cheers

permanent damage to your eye? These pricks better ont get away with that mate!! And people wonder why we take the law into our own hands at times?

I just hope you don't also become a victim of the 'justice' system, and those punks are made to pay. We don't need w ankers like that on the streets.

Trick XD, this is truly awful.

This is a permanent reminder to you of what happened, and it will make it harder to get over it.

But once it's all sorted out, you are going to have to let go. You don't want it to be 20 years down the track and saying "Those little c**** did this to me", because it will mean they have poisoned 20 years of your life.

And that makes them winners of your emotional life in the long run.

Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Also EL_Advanti, with the damage done it may be impossible to fit contacts at this stage, especially if there is scar tissue etc.

Oh dude...

Thats really crap. Give 'em hell. Sue them, press every charge you can against them, if that fails get a group of mates to help you beat the crap out of them. Don't worry you wont get punished, just make sure you are on the dole when you do it...

Go find a lawyer and sue every cent out of him for mental anguish, damages, etc.
