Also you more than likely have the culprit if your car is damaged and car is gone.. if there is another car parked there, you can assess the current car against yours if the doors line up to your damage... if not, first car is culprit.

I know where you are coming from but some dude tried to pull this scenario on me once, the police will not divulge any info unless you give them permission, in my case I freely let the police inspect my car since they had a report from the accuser, turned out my colour did not match the damage, close but different.

These issues do not exist in the gravel car parks that have no marked parking bays.

In the late 80s and early 90s I reckon I visited every gravel car park in Adelaide, yet never actually parked in any of them (gravel adds an extra 40rwkw).

The terrible driving skills don’t surprise me, it’s the fact some people do a huge amount of damage but still drive off from the scene.

I couldn’t live with myself if I drove off after I did some of those things to some else’s car and more so as I know my insurance would cover my stupidity.

About 10 years ago I jumped out of a girlfriends car to run into the shops at blacktown. She waited in her car in the carpark. When I returned she said an old bloke backed into her car. It was a slight tap and she said he just moved his car forward, waved at her with a smile and got out and went into the shops. She said she was too frightened to confront him .. A size 11 boot did some panel work on his car to square him up. He wod have thought that sweet little girl sure levelled him up.

How can you claim to be an enthusiast when you would do this to another person's pride and joy.
