Have any of you guys heard anything about or used these?
http://www.pumaspeed.co.uk/showdetails.php?id=385 They look pretty decent. 30mm all round lowering, and a low cost. Not sure about shipping, but they look alright.

i'd also be interested in giving it a go. considering lowering my focus. not sure whether it'd be better to do shocks and springs, or just put lower springs under it?

Prob better off buyin super low king springs. They lower it 40mm i think and they available in AUS. They cost a bit more but it be the same after shipping.

I got Coilovers from PPM racing here in Melb......fully adjustable mine has been lowered only about 5mm however this is on its highest settings (can't lower the car too much or i won't make it up the driveway). they are bright red front and rear and are much stiffer than stock.
much more superior than Eibach and probably about the same cost

Blue_focus, have you got red painted calipers? I saw your car at Mac Sq a few months back.
