Default Where are all the Focus Coupe-Cabriolet's??

The Focus C.C. has been out for a while now and I'm yet to see more than a handful on the roads. Actually, I've only ever spotted 2 privately owned ones (one had a decent set of 19's on it) and the other's were Dealer's cars?

Seen any lately?

Fast Eddie.

That was indeed the colour of the one I've described with the 19's!

I think the reason you don't see many is because they are wildly over priced, and IMO not a good looking car.

Who apart from europe makes folding hardtops? Welll...except the MX5. And that SHOULD be a proper ragtop.

Agree... ~$46,000 for the Focus CC is too much. I thought it'd at least have the 2.5L turbo engine... but no.

I've seen a few around, but personally I reckon they're ugly as. And the over the top price means that they were never going to be overly popular. The only benefit I see of the CC over the XR5 is that it has climate control. The XR5 trumps it in every other field. And I realise that comparing the XR5 to the CC is like comparing apples and oranges, but really, it never stood a chance..

Use to work at a dealership so went on a drive day with the release of the LT Focus range, had the CC there and an Astra to compare it with. Side by side there was no comparison, the CC was a much better looking/built vehicle imo. Having driven it tho . . well the thing would be lucky to pull the skin off a custard! When they first came out you could only get them in Auto which was a stupid idea as they seemed to have stuffed the gearing in it or something (unless we happened to get a constant stream of dodgy ones from factory). They use to struggle up the slightest incline, would've been much better with a manual gearbox but as the market was for those with more money than sense, well they figured those types would bork at a manual as they seem to require sense to use.

I can picture that exact thought running through a potential buyers head too. That's classic!
