Default Series I Wagon rotors????

Hi guys,
Are these the same as sedan rotors on the rear? Any recommendations?
I've been overseas for a month and someones been driving my wagon with a little metal on metal action going on!

He helped me out and matched me up with a set of RDA slotted rotors and pads to suit my application and driving style; and a great price as well.
