Awesome! Its not all that bad imo (but i like my "trucks" so..baised? ), maybe a good idea to move the rear wheels towards the center of the tray.

First thought was 'p***s extension', but Americans tend to be large people and some may have to carry a big load in the tray as well as a crew.
But you'd need a big building site to park it, and rear-wheel steering as well if you want to U-turn it around. When those h*ld*n crewman things came out they looked too big too, but have shrunk with familiarity. Last edited by shedcoupe; 03-05-2011 at 07:40 PM. |

'quad cab pick up'?? looks like a double cab to me... ie two sets of doors, not 4
but i like it, looks all right, double rear axle would improve the looks imo. |

I'd say that's about "too long"...
Then again, not a bad looking ute. However I'd bet good money on 80% of them never doing more "hard duty" than running mum down to the shops or driving some guy to work on his own to feel macho... "Quad cab"...? Maybe it only has room for four passengers? Don't laugh...the original and massive H1 Hummer only had room for four people. |

You'd need 2-4 parking spaces depending how wide the thing is, it would be a nightmare to live with.

Won't see many in Australia. Especially since it will probably cost 150,000 to get it here

In America bigger is better.
Want to make a luxury car? Forget special features just make it massive. |

Flip side to this is.... they wouldnt build this idiotic vehicles if people didnt buy them! Seriously the average person has absolutely no use for these things and i dont really see the why they have an obcession for them either (apart from the obvious line about compensating for something). but wait i can see the old... but you dont need a V8 arguement coming up too...

I always love people saying "you need it for towing" when excusing massive, yet not overly powerful and fuel guzzling monsters like these things, and when you see the towing capacity, you're reminded of things like a plain old Toyota Landcruiser having a 3600kg capacity and a Land Rover having a 3500kg limit...both of which are much easier cars to live with than that mostrosity...
"Quad Cab towing capacity is 2600kg"... i was right too...it "features 2+2 leather seating"...in other words, your land barge only seats four people... I'd rather you hand me the keys to a 200 series Landcruiser, thank you... Last edited by 2011G6E; 03-05-2011 at 10:44 PM. |

That thing reminds me of the big F-trucks, don't ford make one with a silly tow capacity of 10t or something?

8t sounds familiar. I don't know what is that heavy that will be required to be towed by a guy in his big ute. But If I was a cashed up bogan, I would definitely buy one. |

I se nothing wrong with this truck.
Sif you'd have a problem parking it either, you wouldn't even notice if you drove over the top of some cars.

Brought to you by the country with the collapsing dollar, economy in the crapper, people being chucked out of thier houses to the tune of thousands a week, and ever decreasing amounts of oil with fuel prices going through the roof...and they actually wonder why thier economy is sinking faster than the Titanic...well done.
These idiots truly don't live in the real world... |
