it looks like that due because that road must have heavy truck traffic and they leave big ruts in the road so the line looks out of wack.

haha. he needs a superviser asap.

it happens because on hot days the tar becomes maluable (however its spelt) then trucks do heavy breaking on the surface (from left to right on pic) and therefor literally drag the tar in the direction they are heading.

from your direction DRHEMI it would have been 1 bump ride
