Ok im sure everyone here is sick of the biased BS that ACA show about hoons so I encourage everyone here to send e-mails to ACA telling them how you feel.

Hi,

My name is ............... and I'm a member of the car scene in N.S.W. and I am sick and tired of your one sided programs showing anyone with a modified car to be a hoon, when it is in fact the opposite! Every time you run a "hoon" story you are deliberately deceiving the public as to the real truths, and ACA have never ever once given the real members of the car scene a chance to show the real and other side to the story.

The car scene has now taken it upon themselves to make sure you hear us load and clear, and this email is just the beginning!

We will not stop sending this same email until there is confirmation in the car scene that a proper and truthful story has been done on this subject by ACA. We will not lay down any longer and have the public only see one side of the situation.

Im not sure if that template is one you'll want to use. Yes they are annoying and PITA one sided morons but they wont respond to just bashing them. I'm half tempted to invite them to the All Ford Day to show that not all car enthusiasts and car clubs are created just to hoon around and cause trouble.

I agree, that template needs some work.

Its a great idea backtothefutura, but I honestly don't think A Current Affair would attend. The AFD isn't scandalous enough for them; as cool as it is for us! :

They know everytime the knock up some slop about P-Plates, road rules etc, that they have another 1million viewers for that episode albeit many of them foaming at the mouth.

Wanna know what to do to solve the problem? The answer is simple, do nothing!.

If enough people use the tiny amout of brain required turn of the TV when that slop is on, then Ray will be off doing lifestyle documentaries, quicker than you can say ratings flop.

Well I'm going againt's you all, I believe ACA are doing the right thing, yes there are hoon's and they are ruining it for all of us, but you lot are the one's taking it the wrong way, just look at the and caos these hoon's cause on our street's, and we all wonder why the cop's treat us this way, and I'm sorry if this offend's anyone but the majority of these hoon's are not Aussie's driving their riced up machine's which alot of people on this site claim to have had a traffic light battle with, so if that aint the pot calling the kettle black than I don't know what is, these young people are killing themselves and other's but alot of young people/P plater's think they are invinceable, it has a lot to do with respect, if you want to be treated with respect and not called hoon's than 1st you need to give respect and don't drive like hoon's and respect show's like ACA that are trying to end this hoonish behaviour.

Rating's, go and have a look at the road toll and count how many young people were killed in previous yr's and then have a think and see if it's all about rating's, or wonder why the younger generation pay through the nose for insurance, it's easy because you lot are a high RISK.

Well said, I agree, maybe this would be a better course of action (or inaction, as the case may be) to take. Not only not watch this rubbish, but try and convince as many other people as you can to not watch it too. Even a ratings drop of 1% could potentially make a difference, couldn't it?

you missed my point - i hate hoons just as much as you do and would love to see them booted off the roads - but ACA is hardly the answer to this, ACA is mindless crap that is suitable to be flushed down the toilet only.
