Default headlight covers

hey all... feeling like bit of a forum whore at the moment... but what can i say i'm full of questions... i was out and about the other day (daytime) and noticed some headlight covers on an ef/el falcon... they were just black covers which looked liked they clipped on and off... i was down on phillip island at the time.

Anyway, my question is, where can i get these? i tried to run a search to see if there were any threads on covers as such on the forums but nothing popped up, anyone know where i could pick a set up from and how much they'd set me back?

Headlight covers are available everywhere (Auto-one, Bursons, Supercheap) but the tinted ones are illegal in Victoria.

i simply got some normal clear ones from autobarn/supercheap.
then got some of the tail light tint (nightshades) and painted them myself.
don't remember the cost though :/

If we're talking about fully tinted headlight covers, you could get any covers and spray them with tint spray. Some are partly tinted with 'circles' so some light can still shine through, I think I have seen these at Repco and the like also.

A mate of mine has headlight protectors with the black circles lights (the type u get from autobarn and the like) i was just wondering if it was possible or legal to get normal headlight protectors and get the same stickers made up as the black ones but in the colour of your car...
