Look for the lights that make a straight line, and where 2 of these may continue to meet each other... Possible mirror placement there...

Got up to level 12 legitimately and decided to take a different approach; after a few minutes of entering all of the computer terms that came to mind into the level code box, 'ide' shot me to level 24 :
