NA or turbo/forced induction?

NA is around 220+rwkw for the saloon cars that race, forced induction is over 400rwkw for the JMM turboed dyno queen EF.

You will find most saloon cars will strugle to put out more than 165 GENUINE rwkw.

i think speed way cars would be the highest power 4.0's, but getting first hand information is pretty hard, not to mention the fact they use different fuel and carbs to get it.

my belief was that they could not modify the heads at all and the run carby's. so they would not be that powerful.

saloon cars don't modify heads, but they are injected.
speedway cars are generally carby fed.

Yeah, the simple way to work it out is devid by 4 then multiply by 3, or the other way around if going from kw to hp.

226 hp / 4 x 3 = 169.5 kw
