Default Bright Headlights

Just wondering if anybody has been pulled over for having their headlights too bright?

I've told my mate josh (94EDGhia) to get me a set of bright headlights from his work and he told me the type the police use are apprently the brightest however they are illegal (i think).

Why would the police have illegal lights?

Are you talking about the headlight itself or brighter/high wattage bulbs? I have the brightest available bulbs in my EF and still have problems seeing at night.

I'm talking about just the bulbs. I agree with FlasherEF, I want the brighest for the best visibility obviously.

Just wondering if anybody has been pulled over because of very bright bulbs. Or if they have been asked if their highbeams are on. BTW, Having the XR lights makes it easier to tell whether or not highbeams are on or not

I have no problem with their headlights - it is those red and blues in the mirror that concern me!!
