Maybe Skaife was in the pace car when it pulled out in front of Dumbell and he hit it! Poor skaifey - they held the start for a very long time, which cost him big time - perhaps from now on he won't ride the clutch on the grid.

You could do worse than driving the safety car, this year it did 37 laps which was good enough for 25th position.

Don't think he'll get the job of safety car driver.
Can't keep it together for long enough. |

Pretty sure most of the top holden teams already have a VE being built i seen an interveiw with 'handbag' (greg murphy) and he said they have one being built this was around sandown time. Its a rule you cannot change mid season as most people know. As for ford the basic shape for next year will be the same as you have probably seen pic of BFII

Yes VE next year.
It was awesome to see Skaife fail at Bathurst - no it was f*cking awesome. Best thing about the first 50 laps and made for a helluva start. And well all know how Bathurst '06 ended. BUT Anyone who discredits Mark Skaife's driving ability is seriously stupid. And I don't need to justify that, his championship and Bathurst victories do that a million times over. Oh wait I just did. |

My two favourite Skaife lines:
1. Skaife did more laps in the shootout than he did in the race! 2. Skaife's new favourite drink is the Harvey Wall Banger.

Now i'm not a holden fan or an advocate of skaife but you guys have got to understand that just to be in the v8 supercars, he has to be a phenominal driver. You guys think you could do better??? I don't think so.
