Default Got new 19x8 wheels fitted today!! pics

The tyres on the stock 17s were getting low so it was a good excuse to finally upgrade to something a little bigger and we finally decided on Gmax Defiant 19x8 with 245/35/19 tyres ..... Gees new exhaust and wheels in 1 week the mod bug must finally have taken hold ! LOL : hmmm what can we do next.............

Very nice! 19" is now the way to go with the AU's I feel. Lots of us are getting them and they look like they should have had them from the factory.

in my opinion - and from owning them and looking at many MANY pictures/cars, i believe the formula should be:

EA-EL = 18"
AU = 19"
BA-BF = 19/20"

the ea/el's are better suited to an 18 as the height of the car is shorter. as in the width from the top of the wheel guard to the top of the bonnet etc. AU's are taller and require a 19" to look similar. Same applies to BA/BF obviously.

Also if you want a big wheel, but not look TOO big, get something with dish, like AU302 did, and they're a great wheel too, not cheap though! Dish makes a wheel look a little smaller from most angles, but i do still love it so.

Looks great mate.

I loved it even before you got the mags. It does look a little nicer though. Awesome car in the flesh.
