I find itunes and the ipod to be quite good. But there are downsides such as no wma compatibility and the battery looses effectiveness after more than a years use.

I was going to buy a iPod/iTunes but then realised the battery life and warrenty is sh!t so I'm now getting a PSP.
Nice work on losing a customer apple!

I dumped iTunes a loooooooong time ago. I use Winamp5 now to manage all the songs in my iPod. Works well and is alot faster I think. You can also move songs from your ipod to the HD using Winamp.
