Default stereo problems

i was a dumbass 1 day cleaning the engine in a eb 2 with smart lock, i was gettin carryed away with the tunes and left the radio running for a while, tryed to start it and the battery was flat, so i pulled it out and charged it, put it back in a while ago and the radio dont work any more, its suppost to come up with a code to put in, but the the hu it doesnt even say code to put in. has anyone had the same problem, if so how'd you fix it?

any help would be great.

If its a factory headunit try looking in the handbook/owners manual thing might be written down in there, otherwise time for an upgrade.

pull and check the fuse for the radio.

its a factory hu. i lookd in the hand book and its said turn the radio on whilst the car ignition is on accessories, and the hu screen will say code, but the whole lot is blank? ive got the code, but i cant put it in.

Did you check the radio fuse?
