You wont have the head gasket problems and you will make more than enough power. A car like that needs rumble! Not hissing and farting and fluttery noises, Save that for "lesser" cars :ymca: . ![]()

or you could do a different v8 like a ford FE big block 332,352,390,427,428 CI

I think the I6 would be unique and a little more reliable if you get a new one. But I'd leave the turbo's to the plastics nothing beats a blown 351 for old school muscle.
