Hi All,
As the subject heading says, just wondering if anyone has an airbag tool lying around that they've used, and will never use again that they'd like to sell? None of my local places (Autobarn, Repco & Supercheap) stock it, so thought I'd ask here. Thanks, Justin. |

If its just a regular torx bit Repco should have it. I've got there set in my toolbox at work.
Any other tool place should be able to supply one. Even Bunnings might be the go. |

Nah, it's a 5 sided Torx bit, which nobody seems to carry!

If you meant the 2 security bolts on the side, drill the centre "pin" out with a carbon bit and tap a small 6 sided Torx bit into it to unscrew. They aren't in very tight and come out easily. Then replace them with some decent Allen bolts.

I just put an order in at my local Repco for a set of bits, 67 bits, $40. It has the required TS-Plus bits. There from SP Tools

Thanks for the advice guys, Bursons it is!
Still, if anyone does have one that they'd like to sell, and they can post, let me know, so I can save a bit of time! Thanks, Justin. |
