Default Rust in series 1 A Pillar

I recently noticed some small bubbles of rust in the drivers side A Pillar.

Has anyone else had this happen? Difficulty in fixing?

It sparked a go over on the car, looking for rust elsewhere, but this was the only spot where I could find rust. Even the sections in the boot where I know rust is common, its pristine.

Is it around the screws holding the windscreen in? The tops of my screws have a bit of rust, but only the top of the screw itself, not the body or the car itself. I should probably replace them.
